When do the ski school courses begin and how long do they last?

The group courses start at 10:00 or 14:00 and last 2 hours. The Snowgarden starts at 12:30.
In order for us to start on time, please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the beginning of the class..

How long are group tickets valid?

Group tickets - 3 und 6 Packages - are valid in the following season as well. We don't accept tickets which are more than 2 years old. Tickets are non-refunable.

Can I join an ongoing course every day?

You can join a course either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Do I have to register?

It is not required to register for group ski courses.
Registration is required for the Snowgarden.
Registration is also required for private lessons.

Why should I book online?

  • To avoid waiting times at the ticket office and to meet your instructor directly at the meeting place, you should book online.

Which payment methods are accepted?

In addition to cash payments, at the cash desk we accept the following methods:

  • PostCard
  • All major credit cards.

Unfortunately we no longer accept Reka-Checks or -Card

Is lunch supervision offered?

Lunch is supervised only for the all-day special ski courses.

How does the group assignment occur?

We teach according to the Swiss Snow League. The same teching system are taught in all Swiss Ski and Snowboard Schools. During the first lesson you will be advised at the meeting point as to which group you or your child will be assigned to.

What is the minimum age children can articipate in a ski or snowboard course?

The "Snowgarden" is suitable for children from 3 years of age. The other group ski courses are suitable for children from 4 years of age. Snowboard private lessons are for children from 5-6 years of age.

How many participants are required for a group to be formed?

A minimum of 4 people is required for a group. If there are less than 4 people, groups can either be put together or the length of time of a course can be reduced.

How early should I book a private ski instructor?

The motto here is: the earlier the better! During school holidays and on weekends, we definitely recommend booking the instructor online in advance. Of course, a last-minute booking on-site is also possible.
